We are mostly water and every bodily function and all natural internal processes depend on the presence of it. Water is the medium that assists in distributing not only the chemicals we need for life but also flushes out the toxins that are harmful.

As we begin to age, the percentage of water in our body declines from approximately 70% to 55%.
